Responsibility
The U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants is proud of our careful use of your generous contributions.
Over 97% of our funds go directly to support our programs. Less than 3% of our income is used for fundraising and managerial expenses. (Information provided from Fiscal Year ending 9/30/2003.)
As a member of Interaction, USCRI was one of 17 organizations to voluntarily comply with a set of Private Voluntary Organization (PVO) standards. This self-testing covered areas of governance and administration including Board responsibilities and policies, fiscal management and accountability, organizational integrity, management and human resources, program monitoring and evaluation, fundraising, women in management, ethnic and racial diversity, advocacy and public policy. USCRI is pleased to announce that we met or exceeded the required standard in all areas.
